Margott Weltin

 

Ms. Weltin has over 30 years experience working in the marketing and design industry.  

After college, she spent over 5 years in two tours working for the United Nations, U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Army  in Cambodian and Southern Thailand helping to document the civil rights abuses of the Khmer Rouge and to repatriate soldiers and civilians missing in action.   After returning from Asia to Los Angeles,  she worked as a junior production artist and continued her post college education and training to grow into graphic designer and art director positions with major art studios  in the entertainment and publishing industries.

Ms. Weltin moved to Tuolumne County in 2014 after spending 16 years in Washington, D.C. consulting for governments, corporations, non-profits, and NGOs.  Currently, her design firm serves local companies and non-profits designing websites, print materials, and running social media campaigns.

She holds a degree in electronic engineering from Stanford University, a Certificate in Graphic Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Certificate in Information Architecture from the Center for Professional Development at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and is a certified Web Master.
