It is necessary to arrange meeting reservations for yourself and guests by calling the Reservation Chairperson (209-536-6336) no later than Sunday evening before each meeting. Please leave the name of each guest you will bring and their menu selection. The cost for meeting and your meal is $20.00 per person, lunch and $25, dinner with a reservation.

Individuals are encouraged to attend meetings even if they do not wish to eat; however, a $5.00 charge will be made to cover the individual cost of the meeting.

When you are unable to attend a meeting, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance by calling the Reservation number.

Any member, or their guest, who has not cancelled their reservation, is held to the price of the meeting.  A call the evening before the meeting is recommended as a reminder of your invitation, since the TCWN member will be charged for their no-show guest.

Please call the Reservation Chairperson to make arrangement for special dietary needs.

The suggested time to arrive is 11:00 a.m. for luncheon meetings 5:00 p.m. for evening meetings. For those who have not prepaid, progress through the check-in line is expedited when your check is written prior to getting in line.

Members are encouraged to advertise their business by donating a raffle prize gift.  The TCWN Scholarship fund is the recipient of proceeds.

A General Display Table is located in the entrance area. It is available at all meetings for members to display business cards, brochures, and handouts. You are responsible for picking up displayed items after the meeting. Remaining material will be discarded during cleanup.

Individual Display Tables are also located in the entrance area. Members may reserve their own table at any monthly meeting. This opportunity is provided on a space-available basis and is free to members. Each meeting will be limited to three display tables and reservations are made on a first come/first served basis. Arrangements must be made by contacting the Reservation Chair no later than noon on the Friday before a meeting.

Name tags are available at this table located in the foyer.
You may purchase door prize tickets at the Hospitality Table.
