Hello Ladies! Are we having fun yet? I've certainly had more fun since the sunshine finally decided to come out. But as I write this it looks like we're in for more rain, which means I'll just appreciate that sunshine when it's back again.  I think this winter being as harsh as it was, was draining for all of us. There was a heaviness that came with so many days of rain. Not that I'm complaining about the rain, we needed it so badly, I just missed the sun and how it uplifted my mood when the sun was out and I could get out and visit with my animals, work in my greenhouse and get my Vitamin D by sitting in the sun.  I know this sounds silly, but this is also how I feel when I'm in a room with all of you at a meeting. I pick up on all of your good energy and leave a meeting feeling so much more empowered from seeing what everyone is doing in their business and I get re-motivated.   I feel like our meetings have been fun AND meaningful.  I hope you feel the same way.  Our new board is striving to be bringing you new life and energy into our network this year.   It takes our whole team, but I want to take this time to thank new board member and Program Manager, Kirsty Miller, for bringing us new speakers that we haven't heard from before or haven't hosted for awhile.  So, it's May and it's our Member Appreciation Meeting.  For our new members this is a meeting where we just have fun with no meeting agenda.  We're going to have some good old fashioned fun and play BINGO with special prizes everyone will want to win.  The meeting will be at Inner Sanctum Cellars Winery located at 22004 Parrotts Ferry Road.  We'll start with either a glass of wine or beer and some food.  If the weather permits we can end the evening sitting around the bonfire pits.  Let's get together, relax, unwind, not talk business and have some fun.  Since this is member appreciation, this meeting is limited to just members.  Please invite your guest to our meeting in June. So head on over to our event page and make your reservation now.
